The departure board
Your lobby departure board, under your own name: time, route, distance, status. Your guests read it like an airport board, with no explanation needed.

The scouted routes
Three loops of 3, 5 and 8 km from your door, scouted on foot, with the crossings, the surfaces and the water points noted.

We come and scout the loops around your property, then we agree the days and departure times with your front desk.

EVERY MORNING
A club host waits in the lobby at 6.30 am. The group leaves on time, at the pace of the slowest runner, and is back before breakfast.

One square metre in the lobby for the departure board, and a place in the room set-up for the door hanger.

No leading the runs, no scouting the routes, no training your staff. Your front desk points the way, we do the rest.

The questions we get
What hotel managers ask us.
Who is liable if a guest is injured during a departure?
Runners run under their own responsibility, as they would on their own. The club organises the departure, the route and the return. The hotel lends its lobby, it does not organise the run.
What does this ask of my front desk, every morning?
Nothing day to day. The club host waits in the lobby, knows the route, leaves with the group and brings it back. No list to keep and no sign-ups to handle: it all happens in the application.
What happens if it rains, freezes, or is still dark?
The departure stands as long as the weather allows. Otherwise it is cancelled and everyone signed up gets the notification in the application. Nobody comes down to the lobby for nothing.
Does the service run all year round?
All year round. In winter the 6.30 am departure is run in the dark. The lighter months stay the busiest.
What does it cost the hotel?
Nothing. The service is free for the property: the guest pays for the run, €15.
How long do we commit for, and how do we stop?
No minimum term. You host the club for as long as it works for you and you stop when you want. It is a showcase, not a contract.
